What happens when I've uploaded an image?

We'll aim to make your images go live as soon as possible - usually within a few days.

We'll check that your jpg file is the right size and that you've chosen to put it in the most suitable gallery. We'll also check that you've given the information needed to display - a title at least.

We do not 'select' what will be displayed in your personal gallery; it is up to you to load images that you feel happy to display. Your most recent will become your thumbnail - until you upload another.

When your personal gallery reaches 10 images, you may find the earliest images are archived, so that the site keeps a fair balance betwen artists. You may however have personal galleries of 10 images in more than one subject gallery.

You can upload new images at any time. You can also edit the captions on current displays or contact the Site Editor [thought the Contact Us form]for help.
